Better to be worry-free this holiday season!

As the Holidays are fast approaching, be worry-free by settling your tax filing and payment responsibilities as early as now.

Below is a list of deadlines you should keep in mind:

✅ INCOME TAX RETURN
◼️ Quarterly Income Tax Returns (BIR Form No. 1702Q) and SAWT
? 3rd Quarter – 29th November
◼️ Annual Income Tax Return (BIR Form No. 1702 – RT/EX/MX, as applicable) and SAWT
? Year ending Dec 31 – 15th April the following year



✅ VALUE ADDED TAX
◼️ Monthly VAT Declarations (BIR Form No. 2550M)
? November – 20th December
◼️ Quarterly VAT Returns (BIR Form No. 2550Q)
? 4th Quarter – 25th January
◼️ Quarterly SLS/P/I
? 4th Quarter – 25th January





✅ EXPANDED WITHHOLDING TAX
◼️ Monthly EWT Returns (BIR Form No. 0619E)
? November – 10th December
◼️ Quarterly EWT Returns (BIR Form No. 1601EQ) with QAP
? 4th Quarter – 31st January
◼️ Annual Information Return of Creditable Taxes Withheld (BIR Form No. 1604-E) together with the Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees
? On or before March 1st of the following year.





✅ INCOME TAX WITHHELD ON COMPENSATION
◼️ Monthly WTax Returns (BIR Form No. 1601C)
? November – 10th December
? December – 10th January
◼️ Annual Information Return of Income Tax Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form No. 1601-CF) together with the Alphabetical List of Employees/Payees
? On or before January 31st of the following year.




✅ DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAX
◼️ Monthly DTS Returns (BIR Form No. 2000)
? November – 5th December
? December – 5th January
